Goji Berries

The goji berry is a perennial plant, native to northern China. Dried berries or juice from goji berries have been part of the Chinese, Tibetan and Japanese culture for thousands of years. The berries are an important source of minerals (potassium, iron and copper). Copper helps contributes to maintenance of normal connective tissues, the protection of cells from oxidative stress (against free radicals). Iron contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Potassium contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system, to normal muscle function and to the maintenance of normal blood pressure.

Neem

Neem is widely regarded as a wonder tree, in recent years becoming the most researched plant in the world and also the most widely used ingredient in Ayurveda medicine. Neem (Lat. Azadirachta Indica, Indian Lilac) is an evergreen tree with a dense crown, white flowers and olive-like fruit. It was discovered in India more than 2,000 years ago. All the tree's components are of use: its root, bark, seeds, fruit, leaves, flowers.

Hair care:
Mix the neem powder with warm water and apply to your hair, leave on to work from 20 minutes to 1 hour for more intensive action. Rinse thoroughly with water.

Bath: Add 2–4 spoons of powder into a bathtub. Rinse off well after your bath.

Face mask: Mix the powder with water to form a paste then apply to your skin. Leave it on for 15 minutes and rinse off with water. Repeat three days in succession.

Ashwagandha Powder

Ayurveda plant, also known as Indian ginseng, has been used in Ayurveda medicine for over five thousand years and is considered one of the appreciated and useful herbs. In botanical terms it belongs to the nightshade family, meaning that it is a relative of the goji berry and tomato. It grows in the form of a small bush, blossoms with uncharacteristic green flowers and produces orange and red fruit. Its dried root which is ground to a powder is used for nutritional purposes.
Idea for consumption
Mix a heaped teaspoon of Ashwagandha into 250 ml of fluids (water, juice, yoghurt) and drink up to twice daily.
