Ginger Powder

Ginger is a hot spice with a heating effect. One cannot imagine Asian cuisine without it. Dried ginger is used for teas. We make extracts and tinctures from it. It is also used in the pharmaceutical industry.
Strength – the pungency of ginger rhizomes depends on how much time the rhizome has spent in the soil and on whether it is used fresh or dry. By drying ginger the pungent taste enhances significantly.
